Our experience:

For nearly 20 years UltraShade has provided shade and shelter solutions for architects, landscape designers, schools and pre-schools.
In 2007 we were invited by 0800Sunshade [a National, Hastings based shade company] to also service their Auckland client enquiries a relationship that has been complimentary to both companies but more importantly, more beneficial for our clients.
Working with professionals and directly with our clients, we have come to understand the importance of ‘balance’ between aesthetics, shade effectiveness and costs. This has earned us the title of ‘preferred suppliers’ to organisations such as Auckland Kindergarten Assoc., Lollipops Childcare Group and many others.

Our product design:

Our product range of shade and shelter systems are designed to engineer’s specifications to ensure they meet Council and building code requirements for performance, safety and dependability. Supporting engineering certificates can be provided to clients to help make building consent application a smoother process.

Our services:

In addition to designing, costing, supplying and installing shade and shelter systems, UltraShade also have a number of maintenance programmes, such as cleaning sails, annual audit reports on the condition of existing sails, removing of sails for winter storage etc. We also offer a 3D Cad, full colour design service for shade systems so that the client can see exactly how effective a shade design will work, at any time of day and any time of year. UltraShade often participates and advises on the ideal shade options with designers, on site, before plans are even drawn up. 

Our proposals:

Our written quotes and proposals for any project are detailed, clear, accurate, and valid for 60 days and will include extras and options if required. We also present them in the required format to meet grant application or insurance claim requirements.

Our Financial help:

Raising funds for these sorts of projects can some times be a challenge. UltraShade can assist with a number of payment options, advise on applying for grants, fund raising and project / financial planning options.

Our guarantees:
We stand behind [and under] all of our products with full warranties covering all materials, fittings and workmanship. Warranties vary between products with a minimum of 12 months. Our high quality shade fabrics have a manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years against UV degradation.
